I was reading the judgment to the Guthrie-Elliott “twitter harassment” case.  It’s good thing the judge was sensible because if he’d held that it was harassment just to disagree with someone on twitter, the whole Internet (especially tumblr, twitter and reddit) would have to shut down.  Especially if the use of hash tags is regarded as harassment ( Read more... )
